The Hilton Moorea was wonderful and much improved since we stayed there in 2004 when it was a Sheraton. We especially enjoyed the nightly shark feedings at the Toatea bar. The St. Regis was simply indescribable. We were upgraded to a Royal Overwater Bungalow that was roughly twice as large as our townhouse in San Diego. Becky and I joked that we needed walkie-talkies to stay in touch. It was luxurious and indulgent. The service at the St. Regis was outstanding. We had a late checkout on our last day there. They needed our room so they gave us the run of the Royal Estate by ourselves for the entire day. Becky and I kept asking ourselves what we did for them to be so incredibly generous to us. The five days we spent on Bora Bora were probably the most relaxing I've ever had.
I do reviews on Trip Advisor under the username SDHokie and will certainly being doing one for each hotel we stayed at. I would also like to that you for all of the assistance you provided in arranging this incredible vacation. Your staff were very helpful, extremely professional, and you provide a service that is a tremendous value. I have already forwarded your information to many of my friends and family.

first of all apologies for being so late to send you our feedback on our best trip in our life!!! We can't thank you enough for organising our honeymoon. Everything was perfect: from airplane transfers, to hotel pick-ups and on site activities. In such a long and complicated journey there's so much that can go wrong but everything was impeccable! Congratulations to you and your team for being so professional. Be sure that you'll hear from us soon to organise our next trip in the Pacific region. Maybe Fiji or Hawaii? It's such a pity you don't organise trips for other parts of the world.
We were so happy with the choice of our resorts and islands. Our first stop at the St Regis at Bora Bora was a fairytale. Royal treatment all day long. They spoiled us so much, that we thought for a moment to change our plans and stay there the whole time instead of going to Rangiroa. Thank God we didnt'! Because the Kia Ora Sauvage at the atoll Rangiroa, which was our next stop, is beyond imagination. It's the total opposite of the St Regis: no luxuries, basic amenities, we didn't even have electricity!! Surprise, surprise we didn't want to leave the place!! Oh my God! Pure paradise! It's unbelievable that such a place exists on earth. Pristine beaches, pink sand, turquoise lagoon, wooden bungalow right on the beach, fish barbecue on the beach...It was a totally different experience which we absolutely adored!!
We would definitely go back to both places!!!

Sorry for the delay in my reply but I did want to thank you for putting
together a wonderful trip. Everything was as you said it would be and
usually better. We were met at every airport and taken to our hotels with
great care and the hotels were great. The champagne and gifts were truly
appreciated. I have always enjoyed booking my own vacations but your service
and attention to detail was perfect and I will definitely call on you in the
future. We learned some French and really enjoyed the hospitality and warmth
of the Tahitians. It sure looks like they understand life better than we do.
A recap by island so that you can use with other clients:
Moorea
The Sofitel is a great hotel. The best of the ones we stayed at. The
location on the beach was fantastic and the breakfast was very good. The
room and the service were really outstanding.
Huahine
The Te Tiare was very nice and we were put on a over water bungalow even
though I thought we had reserved a beach bungalow.
Bora Bora
The Intercontinental was also perfect. This island is so beautiful that it's
hard to complain about anything there. The over water bungalow was perfect
and truly beautiful. As far as restaurants, the Villa Mahana definitely was
as advertised. They had the table at the top of the stairs reserved for us
and we were treated and ate as kings. We also found the Bora Kaina Hut to be
a fantastic restaurant and ate there a few times.
I can't stress enough how great everything was and I wanted to thank you
again.

We want to say that our honeymoon was like a dream!! we enjoyed ourselves VERY MUCH. Bora Bora is a beautiful and amazing island. The ST. Regis is the best resort that either of us has ever been to! The service was wonderful and everything was perfect. It is an experience we will never forget, for as long as we live.

I know it's kind of late to say thank you for all your help preparing our honeymoon to French Polynesia.
Our honeymoon was totally awesome. More than anywhere else in French Polynesia, Bora Bora is a splendid island to enjoy an over water bungalow with its truly spectacular lagoon. I would recommend to all of my friends to spend their honeymoon at French Polynesia. It was expensive but your experience does come with the price.
Claudia gave me the best price compare to other travel agent. She also helped me a lot to choose which hotel was suit for us best.
If I will have extra money to revisit French Polynesia again I will definitely contact you again.

This email is long overdue, since we traveled back in March 24-30th! I just want to express my sincere gratitude for helping me to plan the BEST 21st birthday a girl could ask for! My mom was nervous about all the traveling, since we came from the East Coast, but everything was smooth! Bora Bora and the LeMeridian were beautiful and a perfect choice for us as a mother/daughter couple. The staff was greatly accommodating, the food was delicious, and the scenery breath-taking! All your answers to my questions, helpful tips, and suggestions were put to good use! It was a perfect, stress free get-away much needed by both of us. We still can’t believe we were actually there! Again, thank you for the best birthday EVER and I hope I can visit the South Pacific again one day! Mauruuru!!

wir haben eine Familie auf Bora Bora kennengelernt, die uns einen Tag lang auf Ihrem boot mitgenommen haben. Was wir da erlebt haben, werden wir nie im Leben vergessen...
Ein grosses Lob an Sie, weil sie uns so gut beraten haben und weil die Wahl beider Hotels einfach perfekt fuer uns war. Ich denke, dass Sie uns jeweils die schoensten rausgesucht hatten! Wenn Sie uns fragen wurden welches davon uns am besten gefallen hat, wurden wir Ihnen sagen... das Sofitel in Moorea. Der Styl hat uns besonders gut gefallen: Eine Mischung zwischen "neu" und "alt" bzw. modern und traditionell. Unser Beachbungalow war ein Traum. Das Hotel war sehr ruhig und nicht ueberfuellt. Die Lage, der Strand, die Bucht, die Sicht auf Tahiti, die zufriedenen Angestellten, die gute Stimmung ueberall, die verschiedenen Restaurants, die Cocktails, das Tanzen etc... ein Traum!!!
Sie hatten uns sehr gut und ausfuehrlich alles erklaert und versorgt mit allen noetigen Tips und Informationen, die uns vor Ort immer super geholfen haben...

Not only was the pricing more than competitive but thanks to Claudia our travel was very much tailored to our needs and wishes we had for this trip including transportation, accommodations, the setting, activities, special offers as well as items like our wedding ceremony. We are very glad we listened to Claudia who encouraged us to go with the resort ceremony vs. other options. It was wonderful and perfect for us. Dear Claudia.
We came back to NYC last Sunday after spending quite some time in West Coast. We were in Bora Bora 2/15-2/22 and we had a wonderful time. We want to thank you for organizing such a gorgeous honeymoon for us. I'm glad we went with your recommendation-Pearl Beach. It was a beautiful resort with very kind staff. As you told us, the new Spa was fantastic. We got a couple massage on our second day and I felt like I was in heaven. Not to mention, the overwater bungalow was so nice, the real thing was much nicer than the pictures!!
It hardly ever rained and I guess we were very lucky. The weather was very hot and humid but comfortable, totally different from dry freezing NYC.
Thank you again for all your support and should we ever get a chance to go back to French Polynesia, we will contact you right away. We will definitely refer you to all our friends who wish to go to Tahiti,

Moorea and Bora Bora. (We were there from July 21-30 at the Tahiti Sheraton, Moorea Pearl and Bora Bora Pearl.) We really loved our honeymoon in Tahiti at Le Taha'a Private Island and Spa. We could not have imagined a more beautiful place to stay. It was truly the perfect relaxing vacation we needed after a very hectic and stressful summer or wedding planning.
Stacey and I wanted to take a minute to thank you for all your help in arranging our trip. It was all so easy and perfectly coordinated. My appreciaton also goes out to Tahiti Nui Travel.
Le Taha'a was unbelievable, a 10+ out of 10. The staff there were so friendly and wonderful, a few of them became true friends. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a magical time.

Hi Claudia
Greetings from Bora Bora!!! As you may be able to ascertain from the photos, we are having a FABULOUS time!! Everything has gone perfectly. We so enjoyed Manihi; Henri and staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The motu picnic (Rick and I each caught two fish!) was a real highlight, and we enjoyed the pearl farm tour also. The snorkeling right off of our bungalow was outstanding. There are thousands and thousands of gorgeous fish there.
The Four Seasons is really something over the top! What service—what accommodations!!! We have a lovely view of the mountain and have enjoyed snorkeling in the small lagoon. Last night's dinner at Villa Mahana (in our oh-so-private and special table area!) was absolutely magnificent!! Thanks so much for arranging that for us. We could definitely have sold our table to the others at the restaurant; one couple even told us that they had tried very hard to get it, but "it was booked last year". Yes…it was! Tomorrow we have an all day private motu picnic/snorkeling/shark feeding arranged with Keishi Tours—should be another highlight
Thank you SO much for the outrigger breakfast yesterday for Rick's birthday!!!!!!! Such a very special way to start our time here on Bora Bora. The dishes were all wonderful and very tasty, and an added bonus was a ride around the lagoon in the canoe while the lady set up our breakfast—we weren't expecting that! All in all, I would have to say that this was Rick's most special birthday ever—going to be VERY hard to beat!

I wanted to thank you so much for all your help in arranging a wonderful honeymoon for us! I really appreciate all your time and patience in explaining the difference subtleties and nuances of the properties I was interested in (as well as comparable ones I hadn't known about) -- of course we saw many of the hotels I'd considered while we were on our trip and I felt you helped me make the absolute best decision for what we were looking for. Specifically, I remember hearing about the different grades of bungalows and their amenities vs. price, varying degrees of clarity of water in lagoons at different hotels, the proximity of off-property restaurants, the amount of on-site activities, the timing of water shuttles, the subtle differences in design (e.g. modern vs. traditional vs. boutique etc).....and of course you knew of all the price promotions at the different hotels, and you also suggested ways to save additional money by using status in frequent traveler programs (and not just those that I had before the trip -- but also those that I would sign up for using your advice). You helped us make the best decision -- at the best price to maximize our value!
We also really enjoyed your restaurant recommendations (particularly at the Villa Mahana, where you helped us to arrange a reservation at a perfect, private table that caught us by surprise -- yet another example of the subtle things you know about that I was unable to find in my own research both online and in all the tahiti travel books I could find at the library)!
>From your first response to my original online information request, via emails and phone calls, through receipt of our invoice and vouchers, to arrival in Tahiti and transfers throughout, taking us all the way back home -- it was easy, seamless, and a relaxing pleasure working with you! Your helpful opinions based on first-hand experience were invaluable -- no other agent's knowledge and insight compares to yours (we were consistently better prepared than other couples we met). At first, we were very skeptical about using a travel agent that we never met to book a trip of such magnitude for us. Before we found you, we have contacted several travel agents, and felt that your helpful attitude, sincere care and level of knowledge by far surpassed any other agent we talked to. In addition, we found that your agency provided the best pricing for our customized package. You customized a package for us that included two nights at the Intercontinental Thalasso and Spa Bora Bora and 3 nights at the St. Regis Resort in Bora Bora, as well as breakfasts and dinners included. We found both resorts to be truly amazing and dreamy! We found the entire process of working with you very easy and comfortable, starting with your wonderful advice and help booking our trip, getting all our documents set up as well as the helpful agents of your agency that welcomed us at the airport in Tahiti and provided guidance for us for the remainder of our trip. Mostly, I wanted to thank you for always being readily available to answer any of my many questions after we booked, and doing so in a very timely manner (i.e. you always responded to my emails within minutes, which was very re-assuring and served as a confirmation of your excellent service and customer care).

I've been meaning to send you an email for the longest time to thank you for everything.
We had an amazing honeymoon. Everything was spectacular and perfect!!!
Bora Bora, the Cruise and New Zealand were beautiful. Pretty much everything exceeded our expectations in particular the Bora Bora Cruise on the Tia Moana. Some of the highlights of our trip were: enjoying a fabulous meal at the Villa Mahana in our private table overlooking the villas pool and garden (thank you for that prime reservation), shark feeding in Bora Bora, scuba diving in Huanine, jet skiing and ATV ride in Bora Bora, helicopter ride over Doubtful Sound, breakfast served on the deck of our over water bungalow at the St. Regis, and every minute aboard the Tia Moana (we would recommend this cruise to every couple that we know!).

This is a long-overdue thank you for your help in arranging our honeymoon. You had set us up for a 6 day trip to Tahiti from June 29th to July
6th, with 2 nights in Tahiti, 2 nights in Moorea, and 2 nights in Bora Bora in an overwater bungalow. My wife and I had the most amazing time while we were there. Each time we arrived at an island, we thought we were in heaven and couldn't imagine how it would get any better. Then we went to the next island and it was even better than the previous one! We especially loved our time in Le Meridien, Bora Bora. It was the most fantastic place we have ever been. We still talk about Tahiti almost every day, and we have placed pictures of our honeymoon trip around our apartment.
Thanks again for your help and advice. We will remember the fantastic time we had on our honeymoon for the rest of our lives, and we will recommend you to anyone who is thinking of going to Tahiti!

We had a WONDERFUL time in Bora-Bora!!! The place is just amazing and the hotels in Bora-Bora, Papeete and Le Taha'a were really nice! Everything 5 stars!
The tours you recommended us were great and it was just an excellent way to celebrate our 2nd-year wedding anniversary!!!
